Returns/Refunds/Exchange Policy

We offer vintage items which may be decades old and may show natural wear and/or deterioration with age. All previously-owned items have been inspected and priced accordingly. Flaws are described as noted on its tag in-store. Due to the delicate, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we will only extend returns or refunds to our customers at our own discretion.

No exchanges will be made. Once a return is authorized by the store, you may return the unwanted item and purchase your new item.

Returns must be made in-store to facilitate immediate inspection of the item in question. Returns of more than one item per customer will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase total (minus taxes).

Refunds will be offered as a gift certificate for a future purchase or for store credit. Refunded amounts may be used towards any merchandise and/or services offered at the time of redemption.
