Orders are processed and prepared for shipment, by order of receipt, within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. However, Velvet & Gabardine reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. Shipping time may vary due to the availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.

Available shipping options can be selected at checkout. Same day shipping is not available. Please contact us within 1 day of placing your order to correct any shipping errors.

All items are shipped via USPS. Under normal conditions, delivery usually occurs within 2-5 business days from shipping. Delivery date is not guaranteed.

At this time, Velvet & Gabardine does not offer international shipping.

Items designated for local pick-up during check-out, may be picked-up during normal store hours after receipt of email indicating that your item is ready.
